Questions before you turn the wrench?
Here is how AI Repair X uses reviewed service information to help you choose the next safe check.
What is AI Repair X?
AI Repair X is a vehicle diagnostics and repair assistant grounded in reviewed technical evidence. It organizes the relevant facts, checks applicability, and shows when the available evidence is incomplete.
Does AI Repair X support every vehicle?
No. Select a vehicle first to see whether a reviewed manual is available. AI Repair X will not silently mix information across vehicles, and it will say when a request is outside the current coverage.
Can AI Repair X give me a definitive diagnosis?
AI Repair X can turn a symptom or fault code into a source-verified set of checks. It is decision support, not a replacement for inspection, scan data, or a qualified technician’s judgment.
Why do some answers say “partial”?
“Partial” means the available evidence does not support a complete or unambiguous answer. AI Repair X keeps that boundary visible instead of filling the gap with a guess.
How should I use torque values or safety-critical instructions?
Confirm the exact model, component, fastener condition, and procedure in the cited OEM information before acting. Brakes, steering, suspension, restraint systems, driveline, and engine-mount work should be checked by a qualified technician.
What information helps AI Repair X find the right path?
Share the vehicle year, make, model, engine or trim when known, plus the symptom, warning lamp, stored code, and what has already been checked. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal information.
Is payment active during the beta?
No. The current beta is free and invite-based. The pricing page describes planned options only; paid checkout is not enabled in this release.
